This week the book that I'm waiting to be released is The Burning Shadow by Jennifer L Armentrout, the second book in her Origin series- spin off from her Lux series.

This week the book that I'm waiting to be released is Storm and Fury, book 1 in a new series by Jennifer L Armentrout.  I'm a big Jennifer L. Armentrout fans- loving both her YA, NA and adult books.  I'm especially a fan of her Lux series, so anything that sounds remotely like that I'm up for reading.

I really enjoyed the first two books in this series, so I was excited for the third book to be released, especially as this one is about the eldest brother, Devlin, aka the Devil.  We see a lot of Devlin in the first two books, and he comes across very much as cold and ruthless- so I was wondering how we were going to get to trips with his story.  But Jennifer L. Armentrout managed it.  There's definitely a lot of depth to Dev's character, and we got to see why he is the way he is.
On paper you'd never pair him together with Rosie- who is vivacious and snarky after tragedy hit.  She's also into paranormal investigation- not someone you'd imagined paired up with a serious business man.
But they have a strange push and pull between them, and I was hooked.
Loved reading this one, I didn't want to put it down.
